Every calligraphy piece is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. This page walks you through the full process — from submitting your text to receiving your final digital files — so you know exactly what to expect at each step.

This ensures you select the correct pricing tier.

Your calligraphy will be written exactly as provided, so please double check spelling, grammar, punctuation, names, and dates.

I do not make corrections unless you request them.

Choose the calligraphy style and correct word‑count tier based on your total number of words.

At the bottom of your order confirmation email, you’ll see a link to a form where you can submit your text and any optional details.

If you still need the link after checkout, you can reach me at support@thecalligraphersletter.com or through my contact form.

Use the form to provide:

  • The exact wording you’d like written

  • Any preferred layout notes (optional)

  • Any special instructions (optional)

Your text will determine the final size of your piece. If your wording is longer, the layout will adjust to keep the composition balanced and readable.

Your calligraphy is crafted digitally by hand, every letter, stroke, and flourish — no fonts, no automation, no AI.

I arrange your text into a clean, balanced composition, focusing on:

  • Lettering flow

  • Spacing

  • Line breaks

  • Overall visual harmony


This becomes the foundation for your proof.

Your initial proof will be delivered to your email within 3-5 business days. You will receive:

  • One proof

  • Black text on white background


This is your chance to review the layout and ensure everything looks correct.

You’ll have 2 business days to request any small adjustments, such as:

  • centered vs. left‑aligned

  • slight spacing adjustments

  • moving the text block up or down


If I don’t hear from you by the end of the second business day, your proof will be considered approved.

Once approved, I will send:

  • all five background color versions

  • your final high‑resolution (300 DPI) JPG + PNG files

If you need changes after approval and final file delivery, additional revisions can be purchased.

  • Small edits (spacing, alignment, punctuation) → $10 fee

  • Large corrections (adding/removing words, missing lines, rewriting) → $30+ fee
