You receive a unique piece of art made just for you, created entirely by hand from start to finish.

What You Receive

• 1 JPG file with a white background

• 1 PNG file with a transparent background

• 300 DPI, sized at 3200 × 4000 pixels

• High‑resolution files ready for printing, framing, or sharing

• This listing is for two people together in one portrait

• Upper‑body portraits only

1. Place Your Order

At the bottom of your order confirmation email, you will see a link to a form where you can upload your picture for your portrait.

If you still need the link, please contact me at support@thecalligraphersletter.com or through my contact form.

2. Upload Your Picture

A clear, good‑quality photo is needed for the best result. Phone photos are perfectly fine.

• No filters

• Natural lighting preferred

• Chest‑up or upper‑body photos

• One photo of both people together (no separate photos).

If a photo isn’t suitable, I will kindly request a new one.

3. Hand‑Drawn Creation

Your portrait is drawn digitally by hand using your photo(s) as a reference. Every line, detail, and shading is created manually — nothing is automated, filtered, or AI‑generated.

4. Receive Your Proof

Your initial proof will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days.

You will receive:

• One proof JPG

• White background

• Sized at 3200 × 4000 px, 300 DPI

This is your chance to review the portrait and ensure everything looks correct.

You’ll have 2 business days to request any small adjustments, such as:

• Slight color changes

• Small tweaks to eyebrow or lip color

• Slight repositioning on the canvas

If I don’t hear from you by the end of the second business day, the proof is considered approved.

5. Final Delivery

Once approved, I will send:

• High resolution (300 DPI) file at 3200 x 4000 px

• JPG with whit background

• PNG with transparent background

Important Notes

• The portrait is created from a single photo of both people together. Separate photos are not accepted for couple portraits at this time.

• Portrait is fully hand‑drawn — no AI, filters, or automated tools

• Upper‑body portraits only

• Final artwork is delivered digitally; no physical item is shipped

• Source files (Procreate/PSD) are not included

• Full revision details can be found on the Revisions & Proofs page

• Personal use is welcome. Commercial use or resale is not permitted.

• Custom artwork is non‑refundable once work has begun. Work begins as soon as I start reviewing your materials, answering project‑specific questions, or preparing your design. Please review your details carefully before submitting.
